Lakefront Oasis: Peaceful wellness retreat

Forget your worries in this clean, spacious and modern lakehouse. Connected to your room, the lanai’s saltwater pool awaits your pleasure while you watch eagles soar over our private lake and the otters play at our dock. Kayaking, swimming, sauna, hot tub, fishing, hiking, biking are all outside your door. You won't want to leave, but if you do, 20 springs & access to both coasts are just a drive away. Complete with a kitchen and living room, your half of the house is completely private! The space We own a 1.5 acre lakeside lot. There is one house which is all one level with minimal steps. This house functions like two separate houses under one roof and we live on the one side. Your rental is a private, self-contained space separated from our home by a locked door for your privacy and security. We share the property with our two well-behaved dogs, so you might occasionally notice a soft bark or light household sounds, but the units are independent and guests typically find the atmosphere quiet and comfortable. You will have complete privacy in your side of the house including your own living room with TV and pool table, kitchen, laundry room and bedroom with TV. Step outside your room into the shared lanai and take a morning swim or hot tub or sauna or go down to the dock and enjoy our springfed lake; you can even book an acupuncture appointment with red light and other therapies on premises from your host who is a licensed acupuncture physician. So much to do all under one roof! Guest access The entire half of the house is yours with a private entrance, guest room and two guest bathrooms. There is a private full kitchen and living room with pool table for your use. You can use the shared pool, hot tub, sauna or access the docks and go kayaking or paddle boarding in our spring fed lake. Disclaimer: The two sides of the house are separated by a locked door and although we do try to keep our noise minimal, muffled sounds can carry slightly through our door. Other things to note We are off the beaten path, but on the way to EVERYWHERE! Staycation in our beautiful wellness retreat complete with resident acupuncture/ red light/ far infrared sauna and pemf therapies for restoration (contact host to set up a session) or use this location to bounce around to all that North Central Florida has to offer. Drive straight up the highway (30 min.) to see a Gator's game, or down to the World Equestrian Center, (45 min.) or head over to the coast (1 hour drive) to see world class beaches and historical towns. Wildlife abounds right off our dock; the stars hang low with no light pollution at night; what are you waiting for?
