Comfortable double room near Solihull/N.E.C/City Centre. The space THE SPACE Bedroom: The bright and pleasant double guest room is situated on the first floor, in a tidy semi-detached Thirties home. Freshly-laundered bed linens and ample towels, with some hanging space for clothes. Workspace: chair and foldaway table. Double glazed windows in bedroom and on landing meet current building/fire regulations. Central heating is switched on seasonally. Bathroom: There is a shared bathroom close by with shower and slip mat, basin and toilet, all of which are checked daily. Guest access GUEST ACCESS. Host greets you on arrival when possible, failing which, a key is available via the secure key safe so that guests may come and go to suit. During your stay INTERACTION WITH GUESTS. Your privacy will be respected so please make the most of your private space upstairs. However, I try to make myself available should you want a chat or to ask any questions. Please enquire about anything else you need and I will do what I can to help. The important thing is that you should find your stay here relaxing, enjoyable and problem-free.
