Close to all main tourist attractions like Capepoint, Chapmanspeak drive, Houtbay, Table Mountain, Boulders beach and the list goes on. Airport only 30 minutes, shopping malls 5 minutes, Cape Vineyard as neigbor, lots of restaurants close by. The private salt water pool is heated and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The house is serviced once a week by our domestic lady which service is included in the rental price.
