Welcome to Port Elizabeth! Our apartment is nestled in the leafy suburb of Walmer, perfectly located for travelers and business people needing to get around. Use our place as the springboard along your holiday journey or for your business stays while in PE. We have back up solar power in place as well as our own water tanks to ensure the lights are always on and we make the most out of our precious rainfall. Uncapped WIFI included. The space Our unit is a trendy one bedroom apartment with just about everything you could possibly need! It's a perfect mixture of old city charm with modern travelers needs! We are able to sleep 3 guests comfortably as we have added a sleeper couch. It however might be a little small for 4 but can be done if needing to accommodate an extra person (preferably 2 children). The kitchen is set up for a master chef, if that is not your style we are surrounded by PE's finest restaurants! Want to stay in? Pizza delivery never takes longer than 15 minutes. Sit outside and listen to the birds while you enjoy your coffee with biscuits or settle for a healthy yogurt and muesli. There is a comfy queen size bed, as well as a sleeper couch. This space is private, with that said we are always just a call away and are happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Bella, Misty and Harley, our border collies, will happily send you off every morning and be even happier to see you when you return - they have big love tanks! Kitty, if you see her, is our reclusive black and white cat. Ample, secure parking is available. Our property has back up solar power so no worries during load-shedding - the lights are always on. We have 25 000l rainwater tanks and make use of a grey water system as well - as water is precious in our city and every drop counts. We look forward to having you stay with us! Guest access Guests have use of their unit, the patio area, grass section out front (for pets) and the parking area. Other things to note Rooms are serviced every 3 days on longer stays. Daily cleaning or laundry services can be arranged at a fee. Pets are welcome - kindly note the enclosed patio areas are suitable for small to medium size dogs. An additional surcharge for cleaning will be imposed if any additional cleaning/damages occur. The grass area out front can be utilised, however it is your responsibility to watch your furry ones in case the main access gate is opened. Any damages will be for the guests account including lost bed nights. We do have another unit on the property - Copper Dreams - which is a bit smaller and suited for short stays.
