Welcome to your Lakeside Retreat at Elms Lake. Leave the hustle behind and unwind in this peaceful lakeside escape. Designed to offer the best of lake living with the convenience of staying close to home. Relax, recharge, and stay connected when needed, you can soak in a bubble bath, catch up on work, fish from the dock, or gather around the fire pit for s’mores. The space Enjoy the comfort of a thoughtfully designed lakeside retreat. Primary Suite The spacious primary suite features a queen bed, cozy electric fireplace, walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and jetted soaking tub. Second Bedroom The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, with a twin mattress stored underneath for an additional guest. Dedicated Workspace Need to stay connected? A dedicated office is equipped with a monitor and accessories to make remote work easy. You’ll also find a selection of books in English and Spanish, along with books for young readers. Family Room The TV room, located on the other side of the bedrooms is perfect for movie nights, board games, or relaxing after a day on the lake. The oversized sectional can also be arranged for additional sleeping space. Little ones will enjoy their own cozy area with toys and books. Kitchen & Great Room The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is the heart of the home, offering beautiful lake views and plenty of space to gather. Step directly onto the lakeside deck from the dining area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, cookware, dishes, and essential cooking supplies. Outdoor Living Spend your days enjoying the lake from the private dock, cast a line while fishing, or explore the water with the pedal boat. In the evening, gather around the fire pit with seating for six and take in the peaceful surroundings. Thoughtful Comforts We’ve stocked the home with spa-quality towels and premium bedding to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Please note: Some outdoor amenities are seasonal. Guests may not bring motorized watercraft onto the property. A signed liability waiver is required before using any motorized or non-motorized watercraft provided with the property. Guest access You will be sent the access information a couple days before your check-in date. It will include a specific code for you to use for a keyless, self-entry lock. Guests have access to the entire home and the designated outdoor areas, including the backyard, shed, and the lakeshore. Please be mindful of the duckies and chickens around. The rental property extends from the entryway to the home, approximately 6 feet beyond each side of the house, and down to the lake. Locked storage areas containing cleaning supplies or maintenance equipment are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Out of respect for our neighborhood, our house is not a good fit for loud parties or large gatherings outside of major national holidays. Be mindful the neighbors may be enjoying their properties those days as well. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. As such, we use a privacy compliant smart home technology that measures decibel levels throughout the property - it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
