This house on the sea-front is located in the quiet area of Dafni, on the island of Evia. Dafni is a two hour drive away from Athens, yet its nature is unspoilt with pine and olive trees reaching the water. It is ideal for families with children, couples and groups who enjoy each other's company and love nature, swimming or fishing, traditional tavernas and sight seeing. The space The house is 120 m2 in size, and sits on a plot of 1600 m2. It is surrounded by a big nicely planted garden with trees, flowers and stone paths leading up to the house and down to the beach. The house has three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and two big terraces with dining areas facing west and east respectively. Outside you can enjoy the garden with a beautiful view of the sea. Relax on the summer living area or have your meal at the outside dining area. There is parking space for two cars, and we recommend hiring a car for getting around Dafni's nearby villages and towns. The outhouse contains a laundry room and is a part of the property. All twin beds can be combined into a double bed. Guest access The house is fully furnished and equipped for holiday makers. The living room has a TV, DVD player, a fireplace and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The indoor dining table accomodates 6 people. There are two outdoor dining areas for 6-10 people, ideal for barbecues and watching the sunset over dinner. The garden is well maintained with grass, trees and flowers. We have two kayaks and wooden rackets for beachside games and activities. Other things to note AC units are installed in the living room and one of the two twin rooms.
