The house is located in a quiet fishing hamlet 100 meters from the beach and the hold of La Landriais. The house has just been renovated by combining the charm of the old (beams, stone walls ...) and the advantages of the modern (tv, internet, integrated kitchen with central island, washing machine ....). The house is located at Minihic sur Rance, a picturesque village on the left bank of the Rance estuary a few kilometers from Saint Malo, Dinard and Dinan. Saint Malo is 12 km away, Dinard is 8 km away and Dinan is 18 km away. Mont Saint Michel and Cap Fréhel are also nearby (40 minutes by car to Mont Saint Michel).
