My place is good for families, solo adventurers, business people and couples looking for a quite, relaxing time. Surfing The space Our place is the perfect place if you wanting to unwind and relax. Luxurious King size EL pocket spring beds with percale linen. The cottage is a retreat in the garden with sea views and 2 large bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Each bedroom can be classified as a main room so if you traveling as 2 couples, you are both treated to a main room en suite. The first room has sea views with an on suite bathroom and KING EL, pocket spring bed and the second bedroom open onto a private garden, this room also has an on suite bathroom. This room is make up with single EL beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed. The cottage has a private entrance and is on the ground level of the main house. The bedrooms are spacious with separate lounge and open plan kitchen and breakfast bar. We have an alfresco undercover dinning facility with a weber kettle braai so you may enjoy the beautiful Durban weather. The cottages opens up to a manicured large level lawn with sea views. The garden is a shared area. Kick the ball with the kids or enjoy the evening watching the birds. The unit is self catering. A cleaning service may be arranged with Ruth in advance. We do service the cottage once per week as long as your stay is longer that 7 days. Your service will be done half way through your stay (excluding weekends and public holidays). Umdloti has a village type feel with some of the best restaurants in Durban just a 700m stroll along the beach front road. Umdloti is perfectly positioned - 10 minutes from Durban International Airport. 10 minutes from Umhalanga and Gateway shopping Centre. 20 minutes from Durban central. 20 minutes from Ballito. The whale and dolphin sightings are amazing this year with sightings almost daily from June through to October
