Spend the day fishing on a charter boat in Olcott then unwind with s'mores by the fire pit or in the hot tub. The fully stocked coffee bar includes Keurig, French Press & drip & to-go cups Enjoy a game of corn hole, head downstairs for the game room & test your skills on classic Nintendo, fooseball, ping pong or darts The space Welcome to our lakefront home. We have everything you need to make this a memorable experience. House was completely redone over the last several years. Modifications include: - spray foam insulation - whole house generator - radiant heat floors in both bathrooms - towel warmer & bidet in primary bathroom - firepit - hot tub - wood burning fireplace with blower - game room with classic Nitendo & Fooseball table - ping pong table & dart board in basement - 2 EV chargers in the garage: Ultium on one side & 220 volt plug on the opposite side of the garage Guest access Entire house is yours with exception of a three owner supply cabinets. Owner still has some equipment & property in that garage that is monitored via cameras.
