The space has high ceilings and large windows that make in bright and airy. Five minutes from the beautiful Marina, grocery/liquor store, post office and ten minutes to the start of the famous Red Rock to Nipigon hiking trail. One hour to Sleeping Giant Provincial Park. One hour to Thunder Bay. 45 minutes to world class ice climbing in Orient Bay. The space Lower Level, Private Access, Entirely Private Space. Off street parking and walking distance to all amenities. Guest access Stairway downstairs and emergency exit on the opposite side of the space. Other things to note We have a friend, hypo-allergenic dog.
