The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and access to a large deck—perfect for BBQs, outdoor dining, and taking in the peaceful natural surroundings. Downstairs is your personal entertainment zone, complete with a rec room featuring a pool table, darts, foosball, and Wii Sports, plus a movie room and an exercise space. Step outside to soak in the private hot tub under the stars or gather around the fire pit after a day exploring Spokane or the surrounding outdoors. Guests enjoy fast Starlink Wi-Fi with free Hulu and Netflix included. Set in a quiet rural setting, the property is often visited by deer and occasional moose—adding to the authentic Pacific Northwest experience. Wildlife should always be observed from a safe distance. Guest access Guests have full access to the top floor; kitchen, living room, & dining room on the main floor; and TV room, exercise room, and rec room in the basement. You are NOT just renting a bedroom. Please park near the RV. If my boat is parked on the driveway, please park next to it. If your vehicle leaks oil, please par in the gravel area near the RV. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. There are three private rooms - my office and bedroom on the main floor and a bedroom in the basement. Guests are free to use all the rest of the house. During your stay The host and his grandson live in a private area in the house and will give a tour of the facilities, show guests how to access and use the hot tub, and how access the Wi-Fi, and other information that may be needed. Once you have been through the tour, the host will turn the facilities over to the guests and will only be available if needed. In fact, guests probably won't even see the host after checking in, but he is available if needed. Other things to note As noted previously, please park near the RV. If your vehicle leaks oil, please park in the gravel near the RV. Please let the host know your anticipated arrival time.
