Relax in this comfortable shared, well-kept living space designed for an easy, stress-free stay. Located in the heart of Downtown Adrian, you’re within walking distance to local restaurants, and shops. this is a shared three-bedroom home. This bedroom is located on the second floor. Your room is private, with a key to enter your bedroom, and an electronic code to enter the home. There is a two guest max per bedroom to keep the house less crowded! There’s parking for one vehicle per bedroom. The space A private bedroom, located on the second floor. Each room has a key/lock for privacy and security. The home is quiet and designed for comfortable short- or long-term stays. Each room includes: keyed lock/door TV Sitting area Blackout curtains White noise machine Other Things to Note Weekly housekeeping is provided for shared spaces only. Bedrooms are cleaned after checkout. Guests are expected to be respectful of shared areas and other travelers. Long term guests. We ask that sheets get changed out after a week. I can happily do it for you, or I can leave a fresh set outside your door, and you can switch them out yourself. We respect your privacy and space, but we're always available if you need anything during your stay - whether it's local recommendations, help with the home, or quick assistance. Our goal is to make your visit comfortable, easy, and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. Other things to note House Rules: This is a shared home, please be respectful of other guests staying in the home. There are only two people allowed per bedroom!! no extra visiting guests, no parties or get togethers!!! NO PETS ALLOWED. quiet hours are 10pm (we host many traveling workers, do not have your TV's on loudly at night) smoking is permitted in the backyard (there is ashtrays, seating and few windows back there) please label/date your food. be courteous and clean up dishes/spills/messes made when cooking or using the kitchen and bathrooms. (There are bathroom cleaning wipes under the bathroom sinks just in case.....do not flush these!!) DO NOT eat or drink in the beds!! there is seating in every bedroom. there is also a 6-person dining table in the dining area. Be courteous of shower time, please keep showers to 15/20-minute sessions. If doing laundry, please finish it all the way. don't leave it sitting in the washer/dryer in case other guests need to use it. There is only enough parking for one car per bedroom!! there is street parking available, but city ordinance is no overnight parking from 3am-6am on the street.
