Three Bedroom Semi Detached House with a BEAUTIFUL garden located on the Leeds Bradford Commuter belt. Located very close to bus stops, 2-3 minute walk to bus stop into Leeds or Bradford City Centre. New Pudsey train station with regular trains into Leeds & Bradford is only a 7-8 min walk away. Free Parking on private drive for one car Lovely big garden to enjoy with ample seating The space Your bedroom has a comfy double bed and a chest of drawers for longer stay guests to use. Although no formal/ cooked Breakfast is provided - you are welcome to share complimentary any cereals/ milk I have and of course complimentary tea & coffee throughout your stay. There is a microwave in the kitchen if you so wish to use. House is on main road, may be some noise from traffic- have accoustic windows :) You may smoke in the rear garden, providing you use ash tray. *FREE PARKING ON PRIVATE DRIVE *FREE AMAZON PRIME MOVIES Guest access Comfy Lounge shared with myself, you can relax, natter or watch tv :) Solo travellers, please share your global experiences with me. You may use the kitchen for complimentary tea/ coffee and to use the microwave. During your stay I’m a sociable chatty kind of character & would welcome intellectual conversation, particularly about your travels! If your lucky I might even share details of my escapades. Equally happy for you to have your own space and chill solo in the lounge or your room. Other things to note House Rules Vegetarian household- Apologies no meats to be brought /consumed in the house or alcohol. No outdoor shoes to be worn in the house. Please remove & keep in hallway, as I like my house spick and span :) Check in before 9pm please, unless agreed beforehand. No food or drinks (water okay) to be consumed in bedroom. You may enjoy solo use of the lounge or kitchen to dine if you so wish. —> Gents ...... toilet seat to be put down after each use ;)
