Enjoy a stylish experience at our centrally-located home. Just minutes from Downtown Chehalis and I-5. Less than a mile to Penny Playground/Rec Park, 6 miles to the NW Sports Hub/Borst Park. Fully fenced backyard with patio, chairs, blackstone and fire pit. Two bedroom, one bath home. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Ductless mini split heat pump for heat and AC. Flexible & easy to work with so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions! The space Entire home. Room 1 has a queen bed and tv. Room two has a full sized bed. There is a full reclining chair and couch, as well another couch available for sleeping. Electric inflate queen sized air mattress for the living room. Guest access This space is an entire 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. Fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Guests will also have access to our fenced back yard, that has patio furniture and a black stone bbq for use as well as a fire pit and chairs. Other things to note Very ideal location for sporting events in Chehalis, Centralia or any other surrounding areas. Garbage and recycling bins are outside of the back door. Garbage can is blue and recycle can is green. These get picked up Tuesday mornings in the alley way. The front door lock can be slightly tricky sometimes, the trick is to not shut the door hard or all the way due to alignment of the dead bolt on the keypad lock and the door trim. *Fall and winter dates are somewhat flexible on availability so please send me a message if you are interested in certain dates that are blocked off*
