Super Quiet and secured neighborhood! Conveniently close to the Metro City light rail and Bus stops. Less than 2 miles away from ASU main Campus. The private bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, Smart TV, personal mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, high speed WIFI & Ethernet connection. Guest has access to the full size kitchen and laundry area. Parking space is just right in front of the house with widely open yard & the backyard is fenced in and a patio seating. The space This is a listing for a private room that offers a range of amenities for guests. The room includes a queen-size bed with plush pillows, a Smart flat-screen TV, a personal coffee machine with K-cups, a space heater, high-speed internet, towels for showering, an iron, and board, and a mini-fridge. Guests will have access to shared spaces with Madison and other guests, such as a full-size kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, oven, sink, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes pots and pans for cooking, spices, and cook essentials for preparing and eating meals. Additionally, there is a full-size restroom with a tiled shower, a back patio area with shade and a putting green in the backyard, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The place is easily accessible from the light rail, which is less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. Guests can take the Sky train from Phoenix Sky Harbor to the light rail station on 44th St and Washington, then take the train going east towards Tempe and stop at the Dorsey train stop (Apache rd and Dorsey) and head north towards the shopping plaza where Food City and Family Dollar are located. The property is regularly maintained by Two Brothers Pest Control, who visit quarterly for preventative maintenance treatments and inspections. Guests are welcome to bring pets for a friendly pet deposit of $45 per animal, with a $100 deposit for two pets. If bringing three or more pets, guests should inform the host first. Guests should ensure they pick up after their pets, and bags can be provided upon request. During your stay I'm available via phone or text message, I do have a Co host which can also help out of you need anything or items need to be fixed. Also have a maintenance person and landscaper which do work around the property to keep up the maintenance.. Other things to note *PLEASE NO SMOKING JNSIDE THE HOUSE! If you do smoke please use any ashtray to collect the cigarette butts. *Please put the main trash when full in the black garbage can(s) on the side of the house. The blue container is for all recycle items. *Please pick up after yourself especially the kitchen and restroom areas!! Other guest will be using the same areas during their stay too.. *No parking in the front yard! Park at the street adjacent to the front yard.. There is a friendly pet deposit for each animal with a standard $45 non refundable and a $100 for two pets (for bringing 3 or more, please let us know first) We would love to accommodate you and your lovely pet.
