The space When you open the door and step in you’ll feel like you’re walking into a place that’s been frozen in time. It’s a perfect place to come and unwind. Enjoy the 4 person hot tub on the private porch overlooking the grassy side yard and town park. In the kitchen you’ll find yourself surrounded by vintage appliances, but the cool thing is… they all work great. You can cook on the old stove, and enjoy your meal at the bar. The mini fridge has a freezer in the top, so bring your ice cream for dessert if you’d like. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, a cool old sink, and plenty of hot water to get cleaned up. There’s 1 queen size bed that’s ready for you when you’re ready for it. There are lamps on each nightstand if you’re wanting to dive into a book before bed. The couch folds out into a queen size bed also so you can all have a place to sleep. You’ll be able to see the tv from both of the beds if you want to turn on a movie to wind down for the day. The wrap around porch makes for an awesome place to enjoy your coffee in the morning, or stay shaded up in the afternoon. If you look at the logs you’ll notice the axe marks in each one from when the cabin was built all those years ago. There is a spacious grass side yard for you to enjoy. The horses might come peek over the fence while you’re out there. There is plenty of parking for large trailers, side by sides, boats, etc. You won’t even have to worry about backing in or out. Guest access The grass side yard is for you to enjoy, and the large parking in the front of the cabin can be used as much as needed. We ask that you don’t go inside any of the gates or fences behind the cabin to the North. Other things to note This cabin dates back to the 1860’s. It was originally built near Deseret UT and moved by horse to Levan Utah in 1868 by George Henry Pierce and his oldest son. It sat on the corner of 400 East and 100 South until the late 1990’s when it was moved to a property near the fire station. In 2024, I moved the cabin to where it sits today and gave it a new life. It has been a labor of love, and I hope that you guys enjoy it as much as we do.
