Take in the fall colours, visit farmers’ markets, go apple picking, tour local wineries, or enjoy a scenic Thousand Islands boat cruise. Ideal for couples, with flexibility for 3–4 guests. Our recently renovated, dog-friendly suite has a private entrance, full kitchen, and all the essentials for a relaxed stay, just a short drive from restaurants and popular local attractions. The space Our recently renovated suite is located on the main level of the home with a private entrance and smart lock access for easy self check-in, along with a dedicated driveway for convenient parking. 🛋️ Inside, you’ll find a bright open-concept living space designed for comfort and practicality, whether you’re staying for a weekend getaway or a longer visit. The living area includes a double pull-out sofa and smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. 🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with full-size appliances, cookware, and essential pantry basics. Guests can also enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, along with access to filtered drinking water. The kitchen island serves as the dining area and includes seating for two. 🛏️ The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and another smart TV with streaming service. 🚽 A 3-piece bathroom offers a walk-in shower and thoughtful amenities for guest comfort 🌿 Step outside to the front covered patio area, complete with a propane BBQ and seating for two making it perfect for morning coffee or evening downtime. 🌡️ The suite is equipped with a wall mounted air conditioning unit located in the main living space. 🧺 Guests have access to in-suite laundry for added convenience during longer stays. To get you started, we provide some detergent and dryer sheets. 🐕 Dogs are welcome, making this a great option for guests travelling with pets. Please be sure to review our pet policy before booking. Guest access Guests will receive self check-in smart lock instructions prior to arrival for a smooth and independent check-in experience. The suite has a private entrance and dedicated driveway parking for one vehicle located beside the home. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this is a private suite within a home with 3 units. The host resides in a separate unit with a separate entrance and is available on-site if assistance is needed. Other things to note 🍖 BBQ A propane BBQ is available on the covered patio for guest use. Please clean after use. 🏠 House Layout & access This is a main-level suite within a 3 unit home where the host lives on site. The entrance and covered patio are private to guests, while the front and side lawn areas are shared and unfenced. ❄️ Comfort The suite features wall air conditioning unit in the main living space. The bedroom does not have a separate AC unit but remains comfortable due to airflow throughout the suite. 👥 Best suited for This space is best suited for couples or small families and is ideal for guests looking for a quiet home base while exploring the surrounding area. 🐾 Dog Policy🐾 One small or medium-sized dog is welcome per reservation. Dogs must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended in the suite. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a dog so we can help prepare the space. We’re happy to provide a few thoughtful extras for your dog, including a blanket, waste bags, toys, and homemade treats. ⭐Cats are not permitted due to host allergies⭐
