FIREPLACES Main level living room: wood burning fireplace KITCHEN We have a full kitchen w/ all full sized, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher SMALL APPLIANCES Toaster oven, Instapot, salad spinner, dutch oven, electric carving knife, blender, drip coffee maker, hand mixer, & a kettle. LAUNDRY The laundry room is located in the main level hall closet. LIVING AREAS The main level living room has seating for 5 in total- 3 on the couch & 2 on the loveseat. The lower level living room has seating for 8 in total- 5 on the couch, & 3 chairs INDOOR DINING There is seating for 2 at the island & seating for 6 at the dining room table. INDOOR GAMES Games can be found in the lower level living room tv stand. We have: Puzzles, Throw Throw Burrito, Mad Libs, Bye Felicia, Connect 4, 5 Second Rule, Zombie Kidz, Legos, Telestrations, Kids Trivia, Password, Sports Trivia, Pling pong, No Stress Chess, Tic Tac Pong, NHL- opoly, True Crime Stories, Uno, deck of cards, & Laser Tag. FIREPIT There is a firepit & 4 chairs. To get to it, follow the gravel path as if you were going to the dock but take a right when the path splits into 2 paths. OUTDOOR GAMES We have a putting green on the lower level back deck. OUTDOOR SEATING Main Level: The screened in porch has seating for 8 The open porch has seating for 5 Lower Level: The lower level deck has 2 zero gravity chairs There is seating for 4 around the firepit DOCK *Please see water level as this may impact dock usage. We have a single story boat dock. The homeowner’s boat stays in the slip but you are more than welcome to tie up to the side of the dock. PATHWAY TO THE DOCK The pathway to the dock is 350ft long. It is a fairly level, pebbled path, all the way down to the shoreline. WATER DEPTH As of Sept 4, 2026 we have 3 ft of water off the dock. LAKE TOYS 2x 1 person kayaks 1x canoe LAKE TOWELS Lake towels can be found in the lower level living room.
