Evening/night guest privacy is a priority: Owner sleeps in a detached cottage. The space Two blocks in from the paved road you will find this peaceful suite in a 1000 square foot home on a landscaped 1/2 acre with a carport and a large screened outdoor lanai. The home is quiet, neat, clean and uncluttered with a complete kitchen, dining area for four and a comfortable living room with WIFI, wide screen TV and home theatre sound system. Amazon Prime Video and Starz included. The second, bedroom can be used as a dedicated workspace. In the private suite you will find an in-room mini refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker and all the coffee service fixings to brew your morning cup without leaving your room. Although you are welcome to make the kitchen your morning starting point as well as all other meal preparations. The guest suite features a private bath with a walk-in glass door shower along with a well lighted in-suite walk-in closet with plenty of shelves and hangers. The bed is a comfortable, new, medium soft queen mattress with CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX ratings for low VOC. Furnishings include an antique mirrored dresser, two drawer bedside table, beverage and snack prep area and portable dining trays. The laundry is located in a detached building under the carport roof just outside of the kitchen door. Washer and dryer, are included along with complimentary laundry supplies. There are two steps up at both entrances to the house. The front is through a sliding glass door from the screened lanai and the rear is a standard width windowed door leading from the carport directly into the kitchen. The screened lanai is outfitted with outdoor dining and cooking/barbeque facilities. Guest access Guests will have access freely to all parts of the main home and surrounding property at all times and be able to set the space temperature to their own comfort and keep hours to their liking without concern for disturbing others. Points of entry are a door directly into the kitchen from the carport and a sliding glass door from the screened lanai into the living room. Bedroom suite has no private entrance from outside. It is at the end of a hallway to the rear of the home. During your stay Owner lives on site but sleeps in the detached cottage room at rear of the home allowing guests evening and night time privacy. Other things to note The half acre corner property is a landscaped, quiet, out of town retreat surrounded by grand daddy oaks with birdsong by day and owls hooting in the night, It also has a fire pit (firewood included), a large private lawn for sunbathing and a shaded cold plunge tank for those hot Florida afternoons in the sun.
