Enough space to park a boat and several vehicles. Or rent a boat at the Yatesville marina. Yatesville lake offers a beach area, hiking trails, golfing, picnic areas, and The Cove. New flooring, ceiling, paint, 75” tv w deep seat sectional. It will swallow you. There are 2 swivel chairs. This room will easily seat 10 people. There is a small sofa that is a pull out bed. There is a full size air hockey/ping pong table in the family room. This room also contains a fireplace that is NOT usable. Outside of the patio door is a sitting area. Would be a nice area to play corn hole. (Corn hole boards are on carport) Guest access Guests may use all areas of the home except the locked owners closet which is located on the carport.
