There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, perfect for your getaway. A full-size folding futon sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people. This apartment features a full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, air-fryer, and Keurig. Access to the apartment is via 16 steps from the ground to above the garage. No smoking or pets. The space We are located about 1 mile from exit 11 and less than 1/4 mile from the edge of the University of the Cumberlands campus. We are located very close to the UC track & football field, soccer/lacrosse field, softball field, and baseball field - less than 1/2 mile to any of these athletic fields. Other things to note This apartment is lovely, but it requires you to climb 16 steps to the entrance.
