Rozika Guesthouse - Sukoró village center

Our guesthouse is located in Sukoró, in the center of the cozy little village of Velence-Felvidék with a population of 1400, behind the main square and the Reformed church. The route of the Velence Lake Bicycle Route connecting Sukoró and Nadap passes right next to the house! Built in the second half of the 1800s, the approx. 50 m2 adobe house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The space Rooms: - kitchen: kitchen counter, extendable dining table, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, microwave, cutlery - living room: sofa bed (comfortable, 160x200 cm spring bed), dining corner, LED TV (with T-Home TV channels) with USB input, DVD player with movies - bedroom with Cardo mattress, large double bed (180x200 cm) - separate toilet - bathroom with toilet Free wifi access! We provide guests with a plastic table and chairs with a sunshade in the grassy and wooded area in front of the house. Cot, baby bath and high chair are provided free of charge upon request (prior arrangement required). Guest access The entire 50 m2 house with separate entrance is fully available to guests! The owner lives next door. Guests can use the garden lounge directly opposite the entrance with 4 chairs, a table and a sunshade!
