Welcome to our ancestral farm, fully restored to preserve its period spirit while offering modern comfort. This exceptional villa is located in Scotstown, in the beautiful Étoile Reserve in Estrie, close to Mégantic National Park. The space On the ground floor, enjoy a cozy living room with fireplace and large sofa to relax. The kitchen, very well equipped, provides you with all the necessary utensils and items. A bright work room, with three large windows and three tables, allows you to work comfortably. The yoga room, open to the fields through its patio door, offers exceptional light and beautiful sunsets. There is also a bathroom with original furniture and toilet, as well as a shower and bath. Upstairs, six bedrooms with distinct décor and ambiance await you, as well as a large loft that serves as a 7th bedroom. Each room has been designed to offer comfort and warmth. A small reading corner also allows you to enjoy a moment of tranquility. The floor has a bathroom with large walk-in shower, as well as a laundry room accessible for stays of 5 days or more. Please note that the loft is only available for groups of 14 or more people. Around the house, several small spaces have been furnished with tables and chairs, offering quiet corners to read, chat or simply admire the different views of the surrounding landscape. A 2-minute drive from the chalet, you have access to Mackenzie Park on the banks of the Salmon River.
