Sleeps up to 7 with a king room and a family-style Jack-and-Jill queen and bunk room setup. Fully equipped kitchen, 75", 65", and 55" smart TVs, plush bedding, and spacious private patio. Near Crystal Hot Springs, Box Elder County Fair Grounds, Golden Spike National Historic Park, and the Bear River Bird Refuge. The space We’re an Air Force veteran- and nurse-owned property. The Sanctuary is perfect for families, work travelers, and road-trippers wanting more than just a hotel room. This beautifully finished daylight basement suite features large above-ground windows throughout the space with no deep window wells, creating a bright, open atmosphere filled with natural light that feels nothing like a typical basement rental. Thoughtfully designed to comfortably host up to 7 guests, the suite includes 3 inviting sleeping spaces and 2 bathrooms. The spacious master suite features a king bed, 65" smart TV, and dedicated workspace for added comfort and convenience. The queen bedroom and adjoining custom bunk room are connected in a unique jack-and-jill style family suite, making the layout perfect for families or groups traveling together. The bunk room includes twin-over-twin bunks plus an additional twin bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The welcoming living area offers a cozy fireplace, large 75" smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating ideal for relaxing after a day of travel, work, or adventure. The fully equipped kitchen makes extended stays easy and functional, while the private entrance provides guests with added privacy and independence throughout their stay. For elevated comfort, the suite features its own fully independent HVAC system, allowing guests to control their own temperature settings with no shared air circulation between the upstairs and basement levels. The home also includes a premium GE all-in-one washer/dryer combo with automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensing, so guests can conveniently complete laundry without switching loads between machines. Complimentary dye-free, scent-free laundry products are provided for a clean and comfortable experience. Step outside to unwind in the private hot tub, and enjoy the spacious patio and outdoor entertaining area, or take in the peaceful neighborhood setting and mountain views that make The Sanctuary feel like a true getaway. Guests also enjoy a large private driveway with generous off-street parking for multiple vehicles, trucks, trailers, or larger groups. Conveniently located close to downtown Tremonton with quick interstate access, this veteran- and nurse-owned retreat was intentionally designed to feel warm, elevated, private, and memorable — whether you’re visiting for work, family, or adventure. As local working professionals and recent empty nesters, we take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained stay. We live upstairs, while guests enjoy a fully separate basement retreat with a private entrance and an insulated privacy door designed to create a quiet, relaxing experience. We’re attentive when needed, but always respectful of our guests’ space and privacy. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire daylight basement suite, along with the designated outdoor guest areas and backyard spaces. This includes: • All 3 sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms • Fully equipped kitchen and dining area • Living room with fireplace and smart TV • Full backyard access • Private Hot Tub • In-unit GE all-in-one washer/dryer • Dedicated private entrance • Large private driveway with ample off-street parking For added privacy and sound separation, the basement suite is separated from the upstairs living area by a fully insulated, sealed door with a threshold at the bottom of the staircase, helping create a quiet, comfortable, and private guest experience. Please note: The upstairs living area, garage, utility/storage areas, and backyard shed are reserved for the homeowner and are not part of the rental space. Other things to note Parking Plenty of free on-site parking is available on the dedicated RV pad, which is approximately 80 feet long and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles, including full-size trucks and trucks with trailers. If you need additional parking for larger groups, please let me know in advance. I will move my fifth-wheel trailer to create even more space. The only parking request: Please do not block the garage doors so we can maintain access to our upstairs residence.
