Blue’s Landing

Escape to Blue's Landing, a cozy tucked-in cottage with a beautiful river's edge view. We are perfectly located next to the town's park. At the park you'll find a great boat launch for rafters and river access for fishing or soaking up the sun on the North Santiam River. After a day full of fun, unwind back at Blue's Landing in the back garden area. We can't wait to hear about the memories you make here! The space Our primary bedroom has a spacious king bed, perfect for relaxing (or a quick recharge), listening to the river through the sliding door. Our second bedroom has a full size bed that also offers a twin sized pull out underneath for more sleeping options. The living /kitchen space is open concept so everyone can stay connected during your trip. The kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking a nice dinner. The bathroom has a beautiful half length mirror and a uniquely designed corner toilet. Guest access Upon arrival there will be a little driveway with a Blue's Landing sign, pull in and you will quickly be met with the parking area. To get inside you will follow the path with the light post to get to the front door. At the door you will see a keypad for entry, the code will be sent upon booking. The areas allowed for access will be clearly marked for guests. Other things to note We do have a few notes and rules to share with you. Please make sure your reservation includes the correct number of guests who will be staying at the property. We carefully prepare the home based on the number of guests in your booking to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay. For safety, insurance, and occupancy reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. If your plans change, please update your reservation or send us a message before arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements. The park does get a little busy on nicer days with children playing and pets going on walks, but we are still a good distance away from the park that there won't be any issues. We do have fences and rails up, we ask that you don't pull/ hang on them or go behind them, we have included these for your safety. Please keep an eye on your children while enjoying outside. Even the bugs love us!- being so close to the river we do deal with some pesky bugs but we do keep up on the maintenance and if the mosquitoes are out we do have dome bug spray to help keep them at bay. There is a no smoking policy (of any kind). We also don't allow pets at this location. We are still working to improve and grow our special little place.
