This hideaway suite is a quiet respite and has lux Vintage furniture and accommodations. Not for those who just need a place to crash but suited for those who like to be surrounded by comfort and design detail, and quiet! A self contained Studio Apartment/Casita (a secondary unit to the main house) 6’ desk, wifi and 42” dia TV complete with living room with an alcove style bedroom. Your Accomodations tout the AC with UV air cleaner and scrubber approved by the CDC for killing viruses and allergens! On suite: bathroom with glass shower, vanity and washer and dryer. The main space: 42” HDTV cable, WiFi, and a DRY kitchenette: 30” wide size Refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Microwave/convection/airfryer oven combo. no full on stove inside but grille outside with dining table seating capacity for 10! If you don’t like to spend time, you are minutes from fabulous restaurants nearby. Clothing storage: armoire closet dresser and extra garment rack and space as needed. On -suite bath room: glass shower, vintage decorated vanity and sink, and armoire contains a compact wager/dryer combo, close hanger, ironing board, iron, towels, bathroom supplies, hairdryer. Sleeping accommodations: The beds both cal king and extra long queen loft bed (above the cal king) are nestled into an alcove off to the side of the in the studio living area. Both beds are decorated with luxury Bed linens of soft 100% cotton linens and quilts. Extra pillows and comforters available. Should there be a need to accommodate 6 persons, an adjoining bedroom can be automatically added to your booking if you book for 6. This bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and a desk. Please note, if you’re booking reservations are only for 4 or less, this room will not be available, so Guests MUST make sure to book the proper number of guests or let the owner know so we don’t have unpleasant surprises. Guests entrance is just feet away from Great Mountain View’s and lots of sun. You are steps to the tanning shelf , private pool and jacuzzi! The jacuzzi is free to all of our guests. The pool heat can be heated, (please pre-arrange arrange with owner.) During the months of Nov thru March, the pool is set at 85 degrees which will be an added cost of a one time $75 per 2-3 day stay, but waived for 4 night min stays. If the guests request the pool heat to be set higher than 85 degrees, it will be an additional cost per case or on a length of stay basis. Jacuzzi will be available. Months of April- Nov: pool heat is set at 85, and heating beyond 85 will be no added cost for 4 days and longer. Guest access This is our casita suite at our primary residence and is close to Festival grounds. also walkable, guests love the electric bike rentals (called Pedigo or Village peddler) drop off service , or shuttle service to the 640 acre polo grounds which host the Coachella fest. Directly eastbound from 50th or 53rd street will take you to the polo grounds. Coachella festival and Stage Coach goers: enjoy this peaceful/restful location and private pool, away from the intensity and congestion right near and around the festival grounds. This is an upscale neighborhood with custom homes with in walking/bicycling distance to all amenities mentioned. Please check out our tour-guide. Free street parking. Many guests often like to walk, or bike in our quiet and lovely neighborhood and walkable to Old Town’s restaurants, Silver Rock Golf course, and more! Golf students, you are just 5 mi. from IPCC Our teaching location and just seconds 2 blocks away from the Silver Rock golf course! Other things to note We are on property and there is a ring security camera and coded lock system at the entrance gate. Guests’ safety as well as ours, we take very seriously. We are available at any time to assist, aside from us greeting you: with lock keys, and showing you the workings of this cozy Casita, your interaction with us will be minimal after the initial check in orientation.. Please do not disturb neighbors, with out our consent or knowledge. No substance abuse . No glass on pool deck, excessive alcohol and pool at your own risk and hold owners harmless. 3rd party guests/tenants will need to be fully disclosed at inquiry, before reservatio confirmation. Any misrpresentation of identities vs payers, i.e. Arbnb profile name and Ids must match, otherwise will be subject to immediate dismissal from property / trip interuption/ cancellation of reservation upon arrival ( including the full disclosure of travel guests or visitors, . .)
