Our appartement is the perfect stay for your holidays in Austria. You live next to nature but also close to the city of Vienna. The light-filled living area with 100m² offers quiet relaxation and all necessary comforts to make your stay a unique holiday. You are welcome to spend your time in our beautiful garden with a creek running thourgh it. Near our house there are some nice walks along the river Traisen, arround the fishpod or uphill to some unique restaurants in the hilly countryside. The space We have furnished our accommodation with a lot of love - completely new. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher and washing machine are available. The apartment is still easily accessible from the basement via a wide staircase, but we are about to finish the ground-level entrance. The quiet location with a view of the forest and meadow is particularly worth mentioning. Watching deer and rabbits is not uncommon! Guest access The whole appartement is located in the 1st floor of a separate house - all rooms are exclusive for your usage!
