A self contained annexe with a private entrance in the grounds of a pretty thatched cottage. The property is on 2 levels with a bedroom upstairs(two beds) and bathroom with shower, washbasin and loo. Downstairs is a sitting room with fold out dining table and a well stocked kitchen. The annexe has its own off street parking space. The space Self contained accommodation and therefore a great deal of privacy. There is a small patio to the side of the annexe which catches the afternoon sun. Guest access The annexe is on 2 floors with a twin bedded room upstairs with an ensuite shower, loo and washbasin. Lovely views over the fields from the bedroom window. On the ground floor there is a well fitted kitchen with a gas cooker and washing machine. A comfortable sitting / dining rom with a TV. TheTV has 2 HDMI ports so guests can bring their own Fire Sticks if they wish. Off street parking too. Excellent Wifi available at no charge. Other things to note Tarrant Monkton is within ' An area of outstanding beauty' and attracts many visitors. There are some wonderful walks and for the keen cyclist there are great cycle ways too. There are so many wonderful attractions within an hour’s drive that there are too many list. All attractions are either listed in the house manual kept in the. Annexe or there are lots of leaflets in the annexe. The coast is not far too with Bournemouth only 40 minutes away, Poole is a 35 minute drive and the fabulous beach at Studland about 45 minutes away.
