Vacation home on large property

Start your hikes by bike or on foot directly from the house, or take a canoe trip on Lake Plön. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural grounds. The large, fenced property offers opportunities for outdoor games or table tennis, as well as quiet relaxation. In the evenings, you can spend time in front of the fireplace. The living and dining rooms are separate. The property is not directly on the lake; the walk to Lake Plön takes 5 minutes and leads you through our small village. The space Our house dates back to the 1970s, which we renovated ourselves over the last 10 years. The furnishings are a mix of old and new, and as unique as a vacation home can be. Dining Room The dining room has a table large enough for eating, crafting, and playing games. Living Room The living room features a wood-burning stove and a cozy spot to watch a movie. We've installed various light sources so you can adjust the lighting from very bright to very dim, depending on the occasion. Conservatory Next to the living room is a small, unheated room with large windows, which we call our conservatory. Here, you can enjoy our North German summers sheltered from the wind. Sleeping Arrangement in the Master Bedroom 1 bed (2.30 m wide) 1 mattress (0.90 m wide) 1 mattress (1.40 m wide) Access is via the foot of the bed! 2 small wardrobes from the 1970s Second sleeping option in the children's room 2 single beds, 0.80m and 0.90m wide two very narrow shelves for clothes Third sleeping option in the living room Sofa bed, 70cm wide Kitchen The kitchen is located in the hallway and also serves as a passageway. The original 1970s kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Flooring The entire house has wooden floorboards. Property Our property is surrounded by nature. 1 covered, sun-protected terrace directly adjacent to the conservatory 1 terrace slightly off to the side on the slope 2 swings by the carport Ping-pong table in the carport You can store your own canoes, surfboards, and bicycles on the property. You can bring your own bicycles or rent them in Plön. Our Village The village is not solely a holiday village; our neighbors live there and work in their gardens. This can lead to lawn mowing and other work being done on weekends and during quiet hours. If necessary, the farmer will even bring in his harvest on weekends. Unfortunately, this disturbs the absolute peace and quiet of our village, but it's part of life here and unavoidable. Otherwise, it's very quiet, and in the evenings you can almost hear the silence. There are no shops, cafes, or anything like that in our village. The nearest cafe is 2 km away and is only open in the summer. Available are: Toilet paper Soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets Dish towels and cloths Oil, vinegar, spices, flour, sugar, coffee, tea Candles Firewood for an evening Indoor and outdoor games Kitchen equipment: Coffee maker (not a coffee machine) and French press, coffee grinder, milk frother, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, blender for smoothies, wok, stove, oven, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery Guest access Self-check-in is possible. The entire house is at your exclusive use.
