Guest access For launching small boats, shared access to the lake is available just a short walk from the chalet at the end of the street. 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, paddles, transport wheels and float jackets are available. The cottage parking is big enough to park your boat and trailer. For your motorboats, the launch must be done at the Ayer's Cliff municipal dock (See the Ayer's Cliff municipality website). IMPORTANT: For a day of swimming, access to Massawippi Beach is free. It is located just a 5-minute drive from the chalet! However, there will be a parking fee for your car.
