The space The cottage comfortably features: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms One bedroom and bathroom upstairs One bedroom and bathroom downstairs, offering added privacy for families or groups kitchen with coffee bar Comfortable living space with Smart TV and Wi-Fi Washer and dryer Off-street parking Culligan water softeners system Built in the 1920s, this home has stood the test of time and proudly showcases its historic charm. Like many older homes, you may hear the occasional creak in the floors or notice small imperfections that come with nearly a century of stories. Rather than flaws, we think these details are what make this cottage feel warm, welcoming, and full of character. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main floor, including the kitchen, living room, dining area, front porch, one upstairs bedroom, and one upstairs bathroom. You'll also have access to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The remaining portion of the basement is unfinished and contains utility and storage areas, so it is not included as part of the guest space. There are no guest amenities in this area, and we kindly ask that it remain closed during your stay. Other things to note We want every guest to have a wonderful stay! Before booking, please keep the following in mind: This is a charming cottage built in the 1920s. While it has been well maintained, you'll notice the character that comes with an older home, including original features and the occasional creaky floor. The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We ask that guests respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours. The home has stairs leading to the porch, and main bedroom and bathroom, as well as stairs to access the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The unfinished portion of the basement is not part of the guest space and is closed off.
