Apricot B&B

The house is two-storey, there is a large fruit garden and a courtyard with a lawn, a large gazebo, a summer kitchen with a fireplace. There is a swimming pool and a hundred rose bushes in the yard. Each floor has a separate bathroom. The living room has a fireplace for a full rest. We are happy to host guests from different countries. The space The house is built of unique Armenian pink tuff, which provides comfort in summer and winter. The water is pure spring water, flowing from the high mountains. Guest access The host is a winemaker by profession, so our guests will be able to taste homemade wine, as well as apricot vodka and cognac. During your stay We speak Armenian and Russian fluently, and English at an elementary level. There is a piano and a flute in the house. Classical and folk music is often played. Other things to note There is a convenient parking lot in the yard where 2-3 cars can be parked. Our guests can host their own guests.
