The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout). ▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. ▶ Pets are not allowed. ▶ No parties. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Significant noise or playing loud music after 10:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment and in any areas connected to it, including the balcony, entryway, windows, shared hallways, or any part of the building's premises that may affect other residents or guests. If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights. ▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am. ▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly. ▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250. ▶ TRASH: There is a trash collection place where it is possible to take the trash every day during the week. Trash is removed daily at the collection point. ▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages. ▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we'll address them immediately.
