Room West - a single room

A nice single room in our apartment on the 2nd floor. Garden and kitchen are free to use. In the apartment there are three other rooms that are also for rent. The space For your stay, three single rooms and one double room are available in our house on the first floor. Each room has a TV. The rooms can be rented individually, but there is also the possibility to rent the entire apartment. The bathroom is shared by the guests present. Cleaning takes place once a week. For the keys we take a deposit of €50 per set. The security deposit will be refunded upon receipt of the keys. Guest access The kitchen is a living room/kitchen. It is fully equipped and suitable for self-catering. Cleaning takes place once a week. During your stay, you can use the park-like garden to relax. Barbecuing in the garden is possible. During your stay The apartment in the basement is occupied by my family and me. My studio is in the annex. The nearest golf course, Ravensberger Land, is less than a 10-minute drive away. The nearby golf course offers the opportunity for a round of golf together. In my studio (I am a visual artist), course participation is possible. - The special feature: In addition to the courses, participation in the current art production is also possible. (Creative vacation) Please ask for the conditions separately. Other things to note The overnight rates include the provision of duvets, pillows, linen and towels. Also included in the price are dish towels and cleaning utensils for the kitchen and bathroom. A security deposit of €50 is required for the house and apartment keys. For rental periods of more than four weeks, we arrange an intermediate cleaning. This takes place every two weeks and costs €12.
