Hello future guest! We look forward to welcoming you with your family or friends for a great stay in a small, beautiful and comfortable studio with a nice view in one of the city's first neighborhoods. You'll be just 5 minutes from the airport, the international border and the Río area. Avenida Revolución and just 10 minutes from the consulate and CAS! Excellent for your errands, appointments and visiting restaurants and plazas. You will love this neighborhood. We have many entrepreneurs and vendors of exquisite food. The space We have 1 double bedroom as well as a sofa bed for 1 extra person. A small but very complete bathroom, a living room, a dining bar, and a super equipped kitchenette with everything you need to cook your dishes. There is exclusive parking for one car for our accommodation right next to the building. It is not closed off from the outside, but the area is usually quiet. Our studio is completely open and equipped with all the basics and necessities for you to enjoy your vacation or business stay. Other things to note The amenities of the accommodation are offered for 2 people, but a third person can come in without a problem. Make sure to add it before booking.
