Restaurants, cocktails, wellness, shopping, and entertainment are all just an elevator ride downstairs—perfect for business trips, weddings, couples, and easy weekend stays. The space Magnolia is one of the individually named Wildflower Suites located on the second floor of The Lawson District, a lively collection of locally owned businesses in the heart of historic downtown Midlothian. Your 344-square-foot suite is completely private and includes a queen bed, attached bathroom, dedicated workspace, HD television, fast Wi-Fi and Ethernet, microwave, mini fridge, and Nespresso coffee setup. The building’s elevator and ADA-friendly ramp access make reaching the second floor easy, with two staircases also available. Downstairs, you’ll find restaurants, cocktails, craft beer, wellness services, grooming, shopping, and entertainment—all without leaving the building. Select restaurants may also deliver directly to your suite during their regular hours. Free public parking is available along North 7th Street and in the nearby public lot on Avenue F. Spaces are unassigned and cannot be guaranteed. Guest access You’ll have private access to Magnolia and its attached bathroom throughout your stay. Building entrances, commercial corridors, the elevator, and stairways are also used by other Wildflower guests, Lawson District businesses, and their visitors. Check-in is simple and contactless using your assigned keypad codes. At the suite door, enter your code, gently pull the door toward you to release pressure on the latch, and then push it open. Please do not force the lock or handle. Send us a message through Airbnb if you need help—we’ll be happy to assist. The building’s public entrances lock each evening at 9:00 p.m. After that time, your assigned building code will provide guest access. Free public parking is available along North 7th Street and in the nearby Avenue F public lot. Parking is unassigned and not guaranteed. During your stay We’re a local Midlothian team and want you to feel comfortably looked after without giving up your privacy. We won’t stop by unless you request assistance or something needs our attention, but we regularly monitor Airbnb messages and are nearby when an in-person response is needed. Please send questions, requests, or concerns through the Airbnb app so the right member of our team can respond and help as quickly as possible. We’re also happy to share favorite restaurants, shops, and experiences around The Lawson District and historic downtown Midlothian. Other things to note The Wildflower Suites are located in a boutique hotel-style setting within an active downtown building. You may occasionally hear neighboring guests, hallway activity, first-floor businesses, traffic, pedestrians, or rain on the metal roof. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The property does not have assigned guest parking. Free public street parking and nearby public lots are available, but spaces are unassigned and cannot be guaranteed. Optional housekeeping is available during your stay for an additional charge, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., subject to scheduling and availability. Security cameras operate at exterior entrances, parking areas, and first-floor public commercial common areas. They do not record audio or monitor guest suites, bathrooms, offices, or other private spaces. Every suite includes a ceiling-mounted combination smoke and carbon-monoxide alarm near the bed. These devices are monitored by a third-party life-safety service.
