Within the same building are shared leisure facilities, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all free of charge, and a smart bar/restaurant. Outside is a Off road parking in a reserved parking space for one car. Positioned beside an excellent beach and with amazing views of the sea, beach and Burgh Island, Apartment 13 is a very special place for a Devon break on the coast. The sauna is not currently operational. Please check The Club's closing time as this may vary depending on the time of year.Note: For the foreseeable future the Leisure Club, cafe, bar and swimming pool will be closed on a Monday due to medical reasons
