A cosy converted barn in our modern rustic style, nestled in the countryside with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The cottage is in West Norfolk, rurally located but only 15 minutes from the nearest town, and just off the A47. Enjoy spectacular unspoilt scenery in peace and tranquility. The perfect spot for a blissful spa break, you'll enjoy complimentary access to our spa, pool and gym at Energise Pentney, our award winning health club, less than a minute's walk from your cottage. The space Sleeping up to six people, The Threshing Barn has three bedrooms, which can all be set up as twins or super kings, a rustic living space with exposed beams, and a fully equipped kitchen. Nestled near to our two other cottages on our four acre site, you’ll find a complete sense of calm, and you’re just a stones throw from our on-site health club, winner of Norfolk’s Best Day Spa. A large, comfy sofa with soft blankets will keep you snug and of course, there’s central heating too. There’s a Smart TV in the living room, as well as in each bedroom. The Threshing Barn’s bathrooms include clean fluffy towels for your complimentary use. Outdoor seating in your enclosed private patio overlooks our fields, giving you space to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine. Fire up the BBQ in the warmer months and enjoy supper al-fresco, and watch the sun set on a perfect day. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome, please add them on your booking request. A £40 cleaning fee applies. Cats/other pets are not allowed. Guest access Our guests have access to our fields right outside the cottages. Adults (18+) also receive complimentary access to Energise Pentney Health Club, our Members only on-site gym, spa, swimming pool and Outdoor Heated Vitality Pool (‘jacuzzi’ - see photos) and relaxing Treatment Rooms, just a one minute walk away, giving you an opportunity to completely switch off. Access is shared and subject to open hours + conditions of use. The Outdoor Pool is open year round. You’re welcome to access the Health Club for up to three hours after check out. Please ensure your cottage is fully vacated by 10AM - changing rooms are available. Under 18's have access to the indoor swimming pool only, within scheduled hours and with adult supervision. Open hours and further conditions apply. Dogs are not allowed in the vicinity of the Outdoor Heated Vitality Pool. Glass and drinks other than water are not allowed in or around either Pool. Other things to note Car required - we're just off the A47 but there are no shops or pubs within walking distance. Adults (18+) receive complimentary access to Energise Pentney. These facilities are public and shared by Members and other guests. Specific family swim hours for the indoor swimming pool are available every day. Access is only within specified open hours; further terms of use apply. There's comfortable space for one travel cot in the downstairs bedroom only. Please be aware that every booking must be booked by a guest who is staying in the cottage for the duration of the booking, per Airbnbs terms. Unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate changes to guests on different nights of the booking.
