Wi-Fi, washing machine and all the basics included. Pets not allowed. The space Welcome to Villa AXOI Our accommodation in Klettgau invites you to relax and feel good. A spacious garden awaits you, with a private pool, cosy seating areas, barbecue facilities and plenty of peace and quiet – perfect for families, couples or friends who want to enjoy a little break. The house offers modern amenities with air conditioning, a smart TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, and bed linen and towels are of course provided. The villa is situated in a quiet location near the Swiss border. Excursion destinations such as the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, Zurich or numerous hiking and cycling trails are within easy reach. Shopping facilities are also nearby. Whether it's relaxing days by the pool, cosy barbecue evenings or excursions in the region – Villa AXOI offers the perfect place for a restful stay Guest access The entire accommodation and the private garden area are available to guests. This includes the pool, the terrace, the barbecue area, the kitchen, the living room and all the sleeping areas booked. Free parking is available directly on the property. Wi-Fi, a smart TV and air conditioning can, of course, also be used. Some private or technical areas (e.g. storage or technical rooms) are excluded from use. Note: There is also a small garden shed on the property. This is not occupied and is available exclusively for storing garden tools and pool accessories. The holiday home, the garden and the pool are, of course, available to our guests for their sole and private use. We are currently gradually expanding the garden shed, so that in the future it will become a cosy retreat for relaxing in the evening. Other things to note The pool season officially starts at the beginning of June. From then on, the pool is also heated.
