House diversity

This beautiful old fashioned house is next to a big forest, deep in the wonderful nature of the "Westerwald". There is plenty of space and opportunity for playing outside with kids, you are even able to camp or have a barbecue, little fire etc. Just come over, visit us and see how it is. The space Dishes, towels, coversheets, pillowcases and so on are available. All together are 4 bedrooms with double beds, and couple of other rooms bookable. Such as Yoga room which can also be used for groups to sleep in, such as youthgroups and seminargroups. The ground floor is accessable for wheelchairs. If you have questions regarding this please contact us, since the bedrooms are upstairs, but it would be possible to prepare a sleepingplace on the groundfloor as well. The host lives also in the house but mostly stays inside 3 of the downstairs rooms. In general, we do not accept JGAs, for celebrations in general we ask for consultation, as pronounced alcohol consumption is not possible due to the village night's rest from 22.00 clock. Dogs are generally welcome, but we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of 20€ per night and dog. Please note that a final cleaning fee of extra 50€ will be added for 1 overnight stay, as well as from a number of persons of 12 persons or more. Guest access The entrance for the guests is located on the left side of the house looking from the street at the winter garden. Other things to note * Important * Final cleaning is 200€, if more than 12 people are staying. The accommodation can be extended to host seminars if necessary, however, please contact us beforehand to discuss these details. We are available anytime to answer any questions you may have, as well as any queries regarding prices.
