The town is in the centre of Mayenne and offers a large number of well documented and well signed walking trails going all around the region. The kitchen is new with new Bosch dishwasher, oven, and fridge. Each room has electric heat. The bathroom is located downstairs while the toilet occupies the landing between the ground and first floors. There is a sink also in the bedroom. Large flat screen TV as well as cable and Apple TV are available for your use. The workspace has all you need - a desk, high-speed fibre wifi, a laser jet printer and supplies. The garden is 20 meters from the house, across the street. It is ideal to relax, sit and read, eat a meal, have a drink, or entertain. Guest access The entire house with a fenced large garden across the road where you can lounge or have dinner. Other things to note We accept dogs for a one-time fee of 20€ for the cost of a deep cleaning for the comfort of our next guests.
