The holiday accommodation extends over a living space of 75 m² and is divided into a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area and a daylight shower room. The heart of the flat is the stately living room, which has a wonderful wood-burning stove that spreads cosiness in autumn, on cool spring days and of course in winter. Independently of this, central heating also keeps the living room warm. There are electric heaters in the kitchen and bedroom, and another stove in the kitchen. Relax on the sofa after a day out, while the large flat-screen TV, a Blu-Ray player with a small selection of films and a hi-fi system provide entertainment. In the bedroom, two people can sleep in a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is plenty of space in the large wardrobe. The landscape is gently undulating, with hardly any steep inclines. The indoor swimming pool in Ratzeburg or the large Wonnemar leisure pool in Wismar are also ideal for swimming.
