The family-friendly vacation home with oven and separate heating is quietly located on a 350 sqm property on the edge of the forest. The house is located on a cul-de-sac, so children can also play in front of the house. The Rosenhof with playground and horses in the paddocks is a 5-minute walk. Numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities can be enjoyed in the city center of Görlitz in one of the most beautiful old towns in Germany. Parking is available on the property The space The space The house has 2 floors, the living and dining area as well as the kitchen on the first floor and the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dishes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The house is in a very quiet and beautiful area. Guest access Guest access Guests can use the entire house, terrace and garden. The garage is only used by the owners. Other things to note There is a grill and a fire pit available. Please note the forest fire level when using the open fire. I always hand over with existing bed linens, towels (available in the bathroom) and clean. However, bed linens cost EUR 7/set for bookings under 3 days or bring your own. Otherwise, please leave it as clean as if you had been with friends. And strip the beds, then just put the laundry in the bathroom. Thanks! Under no circumstances leave food of any kind behind.
