A spacious and modern home in a peaceful location in Alavus. Only about a 9 km drive to the Tuuri village store and 3 km to the nearest grocery store. A large open-plan living room and a well-equipped kitchen provide a comfortable setting for both families and small groups. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and sauna. There is also a cat in the household, so the place might not be suitable for people with severe allergies. 3 beds and 2 three-person sofas! Well-behaved pets are welcome under the owner's responsibility! The space A spacious and newly renovated detached house of over 100 m2. There is accommodation for several guests in two separate bedrooms and an extra bed in the open space. In addition, there are 2 three-seater sofas, one in the living room and the other in the "Game Room," which you are free to use. Outside, there is one basketball hoop, a ladder, a swing, and an old tree house. Guest access All rooms are available for use, except for the storage rooms at the other end of the house. All the yard buildings except the barbecue shelter are for the use of personal belongings; they are not accessible. Other things to note The house has plenty of free parking space for several cars. The sauna is available for guests to use throughout the duration of their stay. The home is located in a quiet area, so you can enjoy your stay in peace. Normal living and spending time together do not cause any problems, but we ask that you keep the noise level reasonable, especially in the evening and at night. Pets are welcome by agreement. The property can accommodate 1-2 pets. The owner is responsible for the behavior of their pet, as well as for any damage and additional cleaning that may be required. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. If smoking causes odor nuisances or additional cleaning needs, we reserve the right to charge for the resulting costs.
