Set of TYPICAL HOUSES in Normandy (+ 400 square meters) with 17 hectares of pristine and private land on the top of a hill with gorgeous view, 15 minutes from the beaches and Deauville, 175 km west from Paris. 12 people can stay in our Normandy's cottage The space SPACE ! FANTASTIC VIEW ! NATURE ! SILENCE ! Our place is THE place for RELAXING and discovering a splendid region ... Altogether, our 3 traditional typical Normand houses which are very closed one from the others offer more than 400 square meters, with a very large and comfortable double living room, 1 piano, a fire place (wood logs at your complimentary disposal). Our houses are traditional timbered houses with old materials. The main house was built in 1789. Outside the houses : 17 hectares with light and breath taking air all day long ---> houses are facing south - west Lot of flowers in the summer season, fruits, and trees ... You may see rabbits, deers and lot of birds in the garden. 1 exceptional tree in the park : a 400 years old chestnut tree. Our place is focused on silence, contemplation, reading and resting place, mainly relaxing, excellent base point for visiting this part of France and for having good sleep and good time in between 2 excursions and visits. Absolutely no neighbours, you'll be like on an island. Our place will be much appreciated by families, groups of friends, and even by couples seeking for nature and huge space and could also interest films makers, photographers and advertizing directors. The house is our vacation house and that we put in it mostly ancient and second hand furniture ... (but always very confortable). All the beddings are new or quasi new, sheets and towels are fully furnished. Other facts to know : 1 excellent and famous golf course only 2 km away (3 minutes by car) with practice and a restaurant. Right in the middle and center of the best "Pays d'Auge".
