Casa Chumbera Blanca in Mojacar Beach

The house of La Chumbera Blanca has had its doors open to curious travellers from all over the world who have been searching for a peaceful, authentic and natural space to discover the Mediterranean coastline. The house has capacity to accommodate up to eight people but we also offer the option to rent part of the house for smaller groups, couples or single persons. In this case they will not have access to the entire property. We also offer the property for long term rentals out of season. The space The garden has an abundant of shade and greenery evoking the sensation of been in an Oasis in contrast to the desert landscape of the Almería province. At night, the stars shine brightly thanks to its location, which is free of light pollution. The house its located in a place of natural beauty, very close to the beach and near to restaurants, shops and beach bars. Almería has a temperate climate all year around and one can swim from May to the end of October. The House The main living area includes a sitting area with TV and a wood burning stove, a dining table for eight people in front of a fireplace and a small library space with books in several languages. There is an open plan kitchen which has all the facilities needed including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a stove, a toaster, a coffee machine, and a juicer amongst other. As you can see in the pictures there is a bar attached to the kitchen with some stools. This area leads to a terrace and a patio. The garden In front of the house there is a long terrace with benches along the wall and a long table for dining outside. The views from the terrace are to the garden and the pool. The silence invites one to sit and enjoy the outdoors as much as you can. There is a patio in the other side that leads to two bedrooms and the main sitting area. There is a long bench as well, that runs along the whole patio with a round table in front of it. Guest access The guests have access to all the areas in the house and in the garden. Other things to note If customers want or need an extra cleaning service owners we can provide it for them at an extra charge. Fresh towels and bedlinen are included with no extra charge once a week if they are needed more often an extra price will be charged. If the stay is longer than a week there is a change of towels and bedlinen as well as a cleaning service included in the price.
