We live in the small village of Ellefeld, which is quietly located between the cities of Auerbach and Falkenstein on the B169. Ellefeld is located in the heart of Saxon Vogtland and is an ideal starting point for a versatile and varied vacation. During a visit, explore Vogtland, the Ore Mountains, Thuringia, Bavaria and the Czech Republic. The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible separately via the staircase (without elevator and without climbing aids). The towns of Cheb (Eger) (60 km), Františkovy Lázně (Franzensbad) (50 km), Marianske-lazne (Marienbad) (90 km), Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad) (70 km) or Pilsen (150 km), to name a few, are easily accessible by car and invite you to their vacation-friendly metropolises. For an exuberant shopping tour, the shopping centers in nearby Plauen, Zwickau or Hof (Bavaria) have versatile offers ready for you. Immerse yourself on your hikes in the original and almost untouched nature of our home. Enjoy the fresh air, and be intoxicated by the scent of lush green meadows and extensive forests. Whether sunshine, wonderful winter weather or bad weather days, from here you can easily reach the ski resorts of the region and its surroundings by car, bus or train in short distances. Likewise, the most diverse cultural and entertainment venues, as well as the "wellness temples" in Schöneck, Bad Elster, Bad Schlema or Eibenstock. Ellefeld is a quiet and contemplative place. Our house is centrally located in a quiet side street with very little traffic noise. The apartment (non-smoking) is located on the second floor. Separate access via the staircase (without elevator or climbing aids). We offer a place to smoke one floor down, outdoors in front of the front door or in the garden on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Even with the most thorough cleaning, small amounts of pet hair can remain, which can trigger allergic reactions in the next guest. Arrival should be by arrangement, but individually by 7:00 pm. On the day of departure, the apartment is at your disposal until 10:30 am.
