Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, private beach, pier, expansive decks, yard, and both kayaks during their stay. Please note: • The garage and any locked owner storage areas are not accessible. Please respect property lines and do not trespass on neighbors docks and property. • The beach, pier, and waterfront are private for registered guests only. • Parking is available on-site. • Self check-in makes arriving easy, whether you're arriving during the day or late in the evening. Other things to note Please keep the following in mind during your stay: • Water conditions change daily with tides, wind, and weather. • The beach size may vary depending on the tide. • Jellyfish are common in the Chesapeake Bay during warmer months (typically June through September). Water shoes are recommended, and guests should use discretion before swimming. • The Bay is home to blue crabs, fish, osprey, bald eagles, dolphins (occasionally!), shorebirds, turtles, and other native wildlife. Please observe wildlife from a respectful distance and never feed wild animals. • The dock and surrounding areas may become slippery when wet. Please use caution, especially with children. • Children should always be supervised around the water. • Kayaks are provided for guest enjoyment. Guests assume all responsibility when using them. Life jackets should always be worn. • Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and fishing are all enjoyed at your own risk. • Weather on the Chesapeake Bay can change quickly. If storms are approaching, please leave the water immediately. • Sand, shells, and natural debris are all part of the Chesapeake Bay environment and may vary with tides and weather.
