The space Recreation Equipment: The property includes two 12-foot kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards for guest use. Game Room: There is a dedicated game room featuring a poker/gaming table, dartboard, wet bar, and various puzzles. Kitchen Essentials: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a variety of spices for guest use. Safety Features: Your safety is prioritized with four exterior security cameras that monitor the entryways and decks. Lakeside Living: The home offers over 200 feet of shoreline, a private boat dock, and two decks overlooking the water. Community Amenities: Guests have free access to tennis and basketball courts, frisbee golf, and a playground. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Guests have access to the entire home and property, including: Main living areas, kitchen, and all bedrooms and bathrooms Both waterfront decks and the lower patio area Stone fire pit area overlooking the lake Private boat dock and 200 feet of shoreline Kayaks, paddleboards, and water floaties (stored on lower deck and dock) Life jackets and water floaties (stored in garage) Cornhole boards and disc golf basket (stored on lower deck) Game room, wet bar, and all entertainment areas Not included / off limits are owner storage areas: Doors with a keycode such as upstairs closet and downstairs basement room Downstairs side garage for owner storage Storage cabinets with key locks for owner supplies The garage fridge with locks Gated Community Entry The property is located inside the Diamondhead gated community. Two gate access cards are provided at the property — please keep them with you when leaving and returning. Lost cards are subject to a $50 replacement fee per card. Outdoor Spaces The lakefront, dock, and fire pit area are all yours to enjoy. And the shared community spaces — pool, golf, disc golf, tennis and pickleball courts. Please note that there are fees for golf. Other things to note Mobility & Stairs: Access to the game room, third-floor living area, and the private boat dock requires using stairs, which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Parking Limits: Parking is restricted to two vehicles in the garage and two vehicles on a steep driveway. Pool Fees: Use of the seasonal community pool requires an additional on-site fee of $3 per day or $15 per week per person. Firewood: While a fire pit is provided, guests are responsible for bringing their own firewood. Toiletries: Shampoo is not provided at the property, so guests should plan to bring their own. No Events: Parties, large gatherings, and pets are strictly prohibited to maintain the quality of the home.
