The private bedroom comfortably sleeps two guests, while the brand-new premium pullout sofa with a comfortable mattress accommodates two additional guests, allowing the houseboat to host up to four guests comfortably. (The pull out coach is in the living room, and is not a private bedroom) The thoughtfully designed kitchen features elegant white shaker cabinetry, black stone countertops, two induction burners, a microwave, a normal household push button toilet, and an apartment-sized refrigerator. The spa-inspired bathroom is filled with natural light and includes a shower, heated towel rack, illuminated mirror, and modern finishes throughout. The highlight of your stay may be the private rooftop terrace. You can easily purchase bags of ice right up the street at Thorpe’s Liquors, gas stations and or the market, which are all very close by. ****PLEASE NOTE**** Please note that our houseboat is a stationary dockside stay. It remains securely moored at the dock and is not available to operate, drive, or take out around the cove. Guests can relax, enjoy the water views, and experience the charm of staying on the water from the comfort of the dock. Guest access You can entire through the front sliding glass doors on the front porch. Other things to note The houseboat offers sleeping for 4 people. 2 in the private bedroom, and 2 in the living room on the comfortable pull out coach with a memory foam mattress.
